Copy ssaved game data from Z2 to S7 edge??

Just upgraded my phone from a Zperia Z2 to a S7 edge, I always saved all my stuff onto a SD card under the impression that everything would be on my new phone once the SD card was put in.

Nearly everything copied over, like my games except the saved game data hasn't so got to start again on them all

Is there any way to copy saved game data from my sony to S7?

Most phone games are server based so try just logging in.
If not, we'd need to know the game name
