Did you install openSSH on your iPad..? Required if you are to use an SSH software like WinSCP...

If you still have iFunbox installed connect iPad and take a screen shot and post it here...

From your pic I can see that iFunbox can see your root file system....forget SSH...
Expand Raw File System to expose the internal file system....you will also need a copy of Cydia(.deb)...

i followed the video you gave and have done the deleting and recreation of cydia folder and subfolders. just stuck on the ssh side but now i have cydia.deb downloaded already. So i can just go ahead and locate where it should be and put it if i find it? Meanwhile, the tool gave by smirnoff is great, its afforded me to re-install my cydia apps, infact just got my whats'app running, feel like dancing!!! This is mor elike what this forum is all about, thx.

iSpirit is very good and detailed an APP buy still wont work. It requests for OpenSSH when i want to install Cydia.deb or any other and if i want to install OpenSSh, it asks me to install Cydia, so still stuck

What is your take on this App Store - SSH Term Pro

Looks like it will be installed on the iPhone and can allow me access to the fone by SSH to install OpenSSh or any other.

No mate....it won't give you access to the root file system...

Can you post a pic of how you set up the first method,,,?

here it is. Am of the opinion i can only install the .deb file in this instance directly from inside the phone, hence why iFile is important
