Yeah, that's the problem when I insert the sim card does not recognize. The operator is CV Telecom. Friend I live in africa in a small archipelago called Cape Verde.

Is not activated "message: your iphone could not be activated because the activation server is indispoivel. Attempt to connect your iphone to itunes to activate it or try again in a few minutes"

ohh so your phone needs activation. Easy one mate. we dont know what Ios it currently has, but doesnt matter.
Download ios 6.0 for iphone 4s (here are some sites to download ios Download iOS Firmware or iOS Firmware Download or any site you wish just get ios 6.0.0 for iphone 4s)
Now download Redsnow latest version from here ( Download (Direct links), Jailbreak Guides, And Mac OS X - Redsn0w, Redsnow Jailbreak 6.1 untethered - iOS 6 - 5.1.1 - iOS 5 ) version9.6.15 or16b

Now connect iphone to PC open redsnow. go to extras, selects ISPW and select the ios 6.0 you downloaded. Go back and click Jailbreak , follow the steps to get to Dfu mode etc..folow the steps and you should get pass the activation screen.

That is is ! after that if yourIos is 6.1.3 your jailbreak will be tethered, if it is lower version you have good stable jailbreak.
