i would just like to issue a few words of warning regarding the above company.

i have recommended them in the past, but their service has now went downhill.

they are guilty of passing off fake carts as real and not replying to customer complaints....

i have attempted to contact them direct a few times recently, but they do not reply...

please ignore any previous recommendation i have cited for them....

there is many peeps, complaining on many forums.

look after your cash......

I bought a sata / ide to usb adapter from them, got it last week, it wasn't the one that I ordered.

Price Angels Service Has Gone!!!

I also have been a customer of Price Angels for quite some time and have dropped over $900 in cash to them. Up until October 2010, service was "ok". I always received the goods i purchased without issue.

Then one order i place for $37 never arrived. After many "tickets".. i was told "If" the package was sent back due to being undeliverable.. they would "let me know". Of course i never heard a peep from them. I sent emails/tickets but my $$ was gone and nothing to show for it.

Then i had to send an item back for warranty replacement. I received a package with the "replacement". To my utter surprise.. the item was missing from the actual retail package WITHIN the sealed package. I sent a ticket about the missing item but was told "customs" must have opened and removed it. PRETTY DAMN HARD since the package was completely taped sealed from Price Angels and had NO indication of being tampered with. I even sent them pictures of the packaging, but still no satisfaction.

This was the LAST STRAW. I will NEVER EVER EVER buy anything from Price Angels again and will advise EVERYONE i know to avoid them like the plague.
