R4i v1.4 upgrade revolution sdhc

Hi this is my first post so please be gentle...

I have a R4i v1.4 card sdhc--ive read there is no updates for this but has anyone got a link to any old software for this--i made the mistake of deleting the old then realising cant get a new--not clever i know--any help appreciated--the box does have a website but ive had no joy with the software ive tried keep getting stuck with word loading on it when i turn on--i am using a 2gb micro sd card- not sdhc card not sure if this matters--thanks

whats the website?

what are you tryingh to use it on dsi or dslite? (if dsi what version firmware is it running?)

what exactly is printed on the card/packaging?

could you post pictures?

The card came in a red box with R4 sdhc across the front-the web address is r4i-sdhc.com--ive been on here and tried all the different firmware still get stuck on loading screen??

The card itself looks like a normal R4 card but has an i next to the R4 logo and has v1.4 wrote on it in a yellow like star...

are you using a dslite or dsi and which firmware if dsi?

that card should work with dslite.

1. format your sd card (fat 32), it is recommended to use a formatting tool.
you can find one here. Digital Kaos - Downloads - sd formatting tool

2. download the firmware from your card from here.
extract the files then open the folder.

you should find 3 folders and a file, copy the four items to root of sd card. do not put them in a folder.

see how you go with that..

if it still don't work then try a diffrent sd card if possible....

I will try the firmware again although i have tried before--what i haven,t done yet is format using the tool you posted--i used the format tool on pc instead so will try again tonight after work and let u know how i get on...

na no good still get the loading screen--good tool that sd formatter though??im puzzled now??---

its one of two things then m8.

that firmware is the correct fitmware for your card and card should work on dslite.

so that means either card is ~~~~ed or sdcard is ~~~~ed.

have you tried a diffrent sd card?

why dont I have permission to download that file? I have the exact same problem but I am using a dsi
