    PC Problem

    Hi
    Happy christmas and a happy new year to you all

    I have medion computer petium 4cpu, 2.8ghz with 2.5 gb ram, 160 HDD. Free space 78GB
    1. Always there is a warning message in Internet explorer and firefox that ``High CPU Usage by IE or Fire fox``. Then computer freezes for a while then starts no problem.
    2. Some time put computer on stand by, then display not coming back again when touch the keyboard. Computer working still but I have restart the computer again.

    Please help

      yea norton is known for it's issues, it could also be Java if you have it ?
      i would say uninstall Java and re-install, see if it sorts it for you ?

      if not then try re-installing internet explorer.

        Disable add-on in your browsers. they could be a problem

          Sorry very late reply. Now I have formated the computer and reloaded xp. But still ``High CPU Usage`` is coming. Norton Internet Security 2012 installed.

            Do like Shady said, get rid of Norton Internet Security 2012, if you want a free one try avira or avast.
