Facebook problem

Hello, dont know is this topic for this section but I need help...

Facebook dissabled my personal profile. I get the message that I use commercial profile and that I must use profile with my name and surname (and my profile was like that, my name and surname, over then 10 years of using facebook).
They asked me my ID card, I take picture and send it, but again they sent me mail that my profile must be personal. I dont know why my profile isnt personal with my name, surname, date of birth, family etc....

What to do now? Is there any way to restore my profile?

Write to technical support. They usually provide quick explanations. Also, read the Facebook rules. Most likely, you broke some rules, but now you are not saying everything, or you forgot about something that violated the terms of use, which you agreed with when registering.

I had a similar problem, I had to create a new profile at the end.

Been in FB jail so many times that even with a closed private group set to invite only and invisible to search they still ban content.

Content constantly removed because of all the oversensitive idiots out there.

What is funnier is the content already came from FB ffs

FB can kiss my ass, waste of time.
