Heres a solution if any of you's are having problems with scanner drivers for Win 7.
I needed a small scanner for my timesheets while I am away, so I ended up buying two from the car boot, a Canon canoscan lide 30 for a fiver, and a Packard Bell 1200 Diamond plus for ?2...
Both were incompatible for Windows 7!! No support from Microshit or the respective manufacturers
Vuescan VueScan - CNET Download.com downloaded on trial and it works fine, apart from the watermarks, which can be soon overcome with a google search for the crack.
