    has any body got a keygen for the wic reset utility please .

      If you tell us which printer it's needed for it might help.

      The engineer program for the P50 is available in the download section.

              Program now added to Downloads tab



              There is no tutorial with this program, but it's the same as the P50.

              I've virus checked it with malwarebytes & Avast.

              Extract the rar

              Run Adjprog.exe

              Accept the not for sale prompt

              Select particular adjustment mode

              In maintenance select Waste Ink Pad Counter

              Select both Main & Platen counters

              Click Initialization


              Oh!, the printer must be turned on & connected to the computer.
              Sounds obvious but after dealing with my family you learn to deal with the idiots of the world.

                  getting communication error code 2100012c when using epson adjustment program r360 using xp can anybody help

                      Check the USB lead. Not used an engineer program yet as my counter still has some life left in it.

                      Have you tried googling the error code?

                      Try changing the date on your PC to before April 2008, then run the program.

                              No, this is for the R360.

                              But have a look around. There are other engineer programs around here.

                                  this program has not worked for me have tried it on different computers and with different cables set the date back but still get the same error.
