I use Pro-Jet Matt 190gsm for my expanding DVD collection.

I think a pack of 50 single sided A4's cast me ?2.50

Ok, that's mates rates from my local shop, but it won't cost much more. The prints are good with deep blacks. Usually can't tell them from the real thing unless you take them out of the case.
