Turn your caps-lock off please - its rude to SHOUT at people !

By default, your router should already be doing what you are asking, thats really its function.

All you should really need to do is plug your modem cable into the routers WAN socket and then connect each of your devices to the lan ports of the router. You may need to make sure the router is the DHCP master device (somewhere in the routers basic setup menu - check the manual) and, if your ISP requires username/password you may also have to enter that into the router. Once your done all your devices should get an IP address allocated by the router, on the routers subnet (usually 192.168.xxx.yyy, where 192.168.xxx is the subnet identity). All devices should be able to talk to each other inside the network and all devices should have internet access.

As per what TheCoder said. If you mean you want to be able to see all the computers on your network from your comp, set all to the same workgroup and enable file and printer sharing.

Thanks for both of your notes and i do apologize for the caps.

I guess i'll have to explain more cause the situation is different, so here goes bear with me a little.

I have a VSAT connection [meaning i have a VSAT modem]
I also have 10 computers working in a network [office systems]
I use static IPs for each PC since i dont have a Server with DHCP.
VSAT Router --> switch --> Computers

my default gateway and DNS: 172.16.0.1
so all my computers are in the 172.16.0. range
i recently installed a linksys router in order to provide wireless access to both the internet and the network.

Now making the router work for internet use is easy
I just set a static IP from the same range as my other systems and make sure the network cable is plugged into the internet only port on the Linksys router.
But now i need it to do more than that.
I need it to view all other computers in my netwrok
        [the 172.16.0 range]

so what should i do in such a case keeping in mind that i dont want to loose my internet access for the sake of network only access.

        Thanks again
