Does anyone who it any network provides a USB dongle with unlimited Internet ? A lot of them are 4gb etc ...

There's really no such thing !
All mobile operators have smallprint t&c's which basically say you aren't allowed to impact other users and NO mobile operator has the bandwidth available to offer 'unlimited' internet without impacting other users !
If any operator does advertise such an offering then be advised to read the smallprint extremely carefully because there will almost certainly be a catch somewhere. Like everything, if you abuse a service then you'll undoubtably lose it !Comment

what about the pay as you go tariff from THREE with the "all you can eat data" addon, they say that you aren't restricted by a fair use policy, though i haven't checked the small print.Comment

Im on 3 and have the one plan with all you can eat data ive never read TandCs but have a data counter android app and i use between 20 and 40 gig a month never had any problems with them................I know you believe you understand what you think i said
