Afternoon All
Just wondering if anyone out there can help? I bought a HH4 off a friend hoping to use this on Vodafone ADSL Broadband here in Ireland.
I can access settings menu to update broadband user names and PW (as well as update VCI/VPI settings for Ireland) however the HH comes back with a message that the username is incorrect/not supported.
I've tried a number of different UK BB provider User name/PW combinations but none of these are accepted either so it seems that the HH4 is locked to BT.
Looking online there is an Unlocked version of the HH4 available at Currys (and Argos soon):
http://www.currys.co.uk/gbuk/computing-accessories/networking/bt-wireless-routers/bt-hub-4r-unlocked-wireless-adsl-modem-router-n300-dual-band-21789520-pdt.html
Just wonder if there is an unlocked veriosn of firware for the HH4 I could flash to my HH or does anyone have any idea if an unlock is available for the HH4?
All previous versions of the HH (except the HH3B) were unlocked using unlocks developed at Psidoc.com but his site is down and I don't think it'll be back
Thanks in advance
Baz
