I am trying to use an app called android dreamer and it says I can access dreambox and watch channels over 3g using a vpn

contact with your VPN provider like i personally contact with PureVPN if i face any problem.

SoftEther VPN, free to use even it is an education project and i do not share it easy, real free one and no bull shit like others, use 2 days trial and limited.
