trouble with belkin adsl wireless router

hi guys i have my desktop and laptop connected to a belkin adsl+2 wireless router im not using the wireless side of it but when i share a drive on my desktop and try and access it from my laptop it comes up saying access denied.

i have tried another router and it works fine it seems to be with the belklin.

Access The Router Via Web Browser...

Hiya M8....

There maybe a setting in the router ,access it via your web browser ,maybe somthing like 192.168.1.1

thanks i tried everything i could think of and it didnt work i even done a factory reset on the router and still nothing but got it sorted now. what i done was after i done the factory reset i downloaded updated firmware and loaded that into the router and after it restarted it worked perfect.
