I like NordVPN. You can usually find decent deals equating to $2p/m or less and in the 18 months I've used them I havent had any issues.

NordVPN is good I heard, too. I mostly use cloud based torrents for the purposes which i want to be hidden for and they do the job (VPN) form me...

Depends what your purpose of a VPN is. You said not blacklisted, you could just go through their list of servers and go on any black list checker tool. My use of VPN is WiFi Security. But if you want to stream shows etc you could maybe check out Express

I am a gamer and face a lots of bandwidth throttling from my isp and ddos from my rival team. I searched for a lot of solutions and subscribed to many. Especially for ddos the service which worked like a charm was purevpn.

Bitdefender isn't too bad, i have a 200mbps download speed and 20mbps upload speed fibre connection, and get about half of that download speed when connected, and the full speed disconnected from it.
