home server help needed.

hi all, i need some help and assistance.

i decided to do a home server, so i got a cheap dell optiplex 2gb ram core 1 duo and windows home server.

i spent all last night setting this up and believe me i had a late one, finally i have it all set up and i am using network plugs.

i wanted to use the home server to stream 1080p movies to my popcorn hour

but when i put 1080p files on the server they are not showing on the popcorn hour

does anyone have a similar set up?

Can you see/view/edit files on this sever computer from any other computers in your network?

you need to set up file/printer sharing options on the folder the movie is in

or set up a network map/drive which is accessed via the network
