    Connect mobile broadband to router

    I have a Vodafone mobile broadband USB pen and would like to be able to connect a satellite box by cable to a router using my Vodafone connection. What type router would I need to do this so I can connect satellite box. Is there much involved in configuring a router for this. Thanks in advance

      You will need a "3G Router" try a quick google around. The router will be easy to set up. Then all clients will connect to the router either wirelessly or through ethernet just like a standard adsl or cable router. Hope this helps

          Here you go, click the link. I have installed one of these in my brothers flat with a dongle so he can use his unix box and works a treat.

              Mini Wireless Broadband 300Mbps 802.11 N WiFi 3G Router on eBay (end time 16-Nov-10 11:24:18 GMT)

              Only reason I ask is it has USB to mini USB connector so I could use it in my camper? Does that look possible to you please mate?

                  Hello Decoder, yes m8 that will do the job, very similiar to the one I have used, the only difference yours is portble and has 2 ethernet ports as opposed to the 4 ports on the model I suggested
