does it have Phoenix Bios?
if you don't see Phoenix written you can try and type 3 wrong passwords to see if you get a System Disabled message with a number bellow eg: http://notebookschematic.com/wp-cont...emDisabled.png

reply with that number if you see it.

hdd passwords can't be solved with the phoenix pass generator, simple mthod is to change the hdd, the password remains in the hdd
