dell d520 bios password help

hi guys its mark here i just bought a second hand dell latitude d520 and i cant get it to work due to a bios administrator password the service tag is 81LCP2J and the service code is 175-105-891-63 any help with this would be greatly aprreciated and i have tried the battery method but it doesnt work with dells. many thanks.
