pc ipod shuffle problem

hi guys i have a ipod shuffle 2nd gen and the prob is windows doesnt detect it and nither does itunes am sure ave tried everything on there site any help will be great

maybe..

maybe there is a connction problem from usb plug. The only way to see is to open it, but can't do this without broke plastic case. Try on another computer or a software who see all usb ports. Read this maybe it helps:
