IDM vista problems

Hello folks. wondering if anyone else has had any problems with installing internet download manager onto a windows vista pc. It installs fine but when i try the patch i get an error, and macafee comes up with a trojan.
It's the download from here.

Any advice welcome.

It's okay guys. I switched off my firewall and it worked.
