My PSU stopped working no biggy, I got another from elsewhere and PC worked again.
I contacted the original shop, who said they would send it off for me to get a replacement or they could offer me a ?7 (it might have even been ?4) due to the warranty.
I replied I didn't understand, they said yes due to the warranty I could only have the money or the replacement, and it would only be under warranty for the remainder of the 12 month.
In all honesty, I am probably arguing about a ?5er but I don't like companies that think they can get away with ripping people off.
I think, I am entitled to replacement or full refund and I get 12 month again (although 5 to claim, if there was a problem, Im not too sure about the warranty bit).
