problem with my compaq presario

was an afternoon my brother was connecting the iPod to power the load i leave the cable touches the metallic body of the ipod it came to disgrace td stopped. Turn off and turn it back to nothing, then checked the source I saw that food was not PC, bought a new source now turn the PC power supply flashes the green light flashes continuously and the source is not working nothing more, "the processor fan does not move or rotate the disc. what you seemed??? Help me please, thanked
