Hi help & support wil not launch from the start menu? I have typed in service.msc in run to restart the help & support but still no luck .
PC is running XP media and service pack 3

any ideas.

I'd run an antivirus scan and antispyware scan. Something may be blocking it running.

Just wondering why you would want to use the help and support features of a ms operating system??

I dont use it at all mate but am puzzled why it no longer opens
