Any games like Worms for Android?

I remember, back in the day, there were quite a few games for the PC, similar to Worms, where the objective is to set angle and power to strike your opponent on a 2-dimensional landscape. The Worms franchise "perfected" this genre, but there were tons of others out there. Anybody know of any similar apps that are available on the Android OS?

Yes.

Worms is available on android. If I was at home I might of been able to upload the apk file
