    home access laptop

"wonder if anyone can help or advise, my mates daughter got a toshiba satellite pro laptop through the home access scheme, it worked ok for a while, anyway its been running well slow, so i put ccleaner on it, also firefox, have ran the cleaner a few times, and done a disc wipe, its still running slow, takes nearly 5mins to boot up, then when you try to get on the net it says not responding, i have the same model, would i be able to put my disc (back up) in hers and sort it that way, plus on hers there is stuff the home access people put on, but wont let me remove or delete, plus hers never came with a disc, think it wwas all pre installed, all suggestions greatfully accepted, thanks

You could download Malware Bytes, CCleaner, Adaware and Spybot Search & Destroy, try them all to see if this resolves your problem. If the pc came pre-installed then there is probably a recovery disk which re-installs the pc using a hidden partition on the pc. You should speak to the home access people before you think about re-installing the pc.
