Hello this my first time on the message boards and I can see that my problem has been posted before but many years ago. I am looking for a recovery disc so I can recover my daughters Hi Grade va250d back to factory status. I have tried suggestions of entering into the compuers bios but to no avail. I would appreciate any help on this.
