com port problem

Check your control panel \ device manager and look under ports to see which com ports you have installed.

are you saying that your box is set to detect com port 11 only, if so can you change it to detect one of the other ports on your pc 1-16.

check in device manager/com ports/properties/port setting/advanced and look for port number, there will be a drop down box check which port in your range of 1-16 is free and set your pc on that and change you box accordingly.

device man say's com 11 tried others all say switch on receiver the receiver is switched on.. switch it off switch it on tried changed com port still either switch on rec or no available com port come's up
