I would suggest to first install an antivirus that allows the activator and at the same time that disables Windows Defender and then run the activator. I would suggest free AV like Avira.

why would you need a activator ,window 10 is free to download from Microsoft , with only a few very small restrictions

Windows 10 Home / Pro cost 3.99 pound on eBay - keys are legal as they are takend ftom OEM DELL units - faulty laptops/PC`s - THERE IS NO NEEDS to use activators
