Hello Smoggy, just stumbled across this 1st class forum after days reading about peoples attempts to remove Dell passwords. U da man by all accounts!

I'm helping out a friend in these tough times with some pc repair and the bios is locked down with an admin pw. Virus ridden os and no cd boot option avail. Getting blocked on the normal nuke and reinstall route. Thanks for any assistance and hopefully I can pif something back to the community. (Pay-it-forward)
