DELL D520 administration password

I have a Dell D520 Service tag of H333RC1-595B and have reset the bios pulled the batteries for almost an hour and its still telling me I need a bios password. I am crazy for buying this thing online. Anyone who could help me get past this I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.
