Ok so ive usually just spend a few days deleting junk files etc. then sometimes transfer pics, files, docs, music etc to a flash after that I virus scan with good free such as avg, threatfire etc., then a spyware and lastly comodo and or registry cleaner.
But now I have any programs installed.
Smok, Carprog, VVDI, ETSmart and more!
So how do I do this without hurting programs, settings, registry etc.
