Dell D630 bios chip location

i need to replace bios chip, i googled and checked some forums and can't find exact location of bios chip, everyone is asking about bios password only.
i got few spare d630 so i have source of parts.

A quick google search came up with this image which shows re-setting the bios chip using a paper clip

also google search shows that bios chip can not be reset on D630, it works on older models like 620 etc, so this picture not from D630
