DELL printer V525w

I need help to reset Dell printer cartridge for V525w, there is a chip TI046B on each cartridge, somebody knows how do I access data from this chip?
The information about this chip are very limited, even data sheet could not be found on the internet, only I found a simple way for connection pin, but did not help enough.
If someone else knows how do I read / write this chip will be very appreciated, information of it really very limited

you have to reset the chip .... that's all.
