oficial bios upgrade corupted mine pc

I readed flash using external programmer.... In dump is v310-15ikb but i am thinking there are 0z and 2z version... Ánd i need other than i have

inside dump is v310-15ikb
this dump not works for mine notebook too...
please could smbdy help me?
