Internet problem or... what?

I had some malware infection recently, and my PC is 100% clean of viruses for now... solved with malwarebytes + windows security. There is my problem - every 8-9 seconds my network is down for about 1.5 seconds. I tried different internet connections with great speed but, lag is still there. Someone have similiar problems? My brother told me this while he played some games.

Hello, does this only happen with your PC?, try to disable the energy saving mode, or turn off DHCP in the Network options.
