acer 3105 resource conflict please help.

hi there my acer lap top will not start up. it bleeps then shows this message.

Resource Conflict - PCI in slot 03
Bus: 06, Device: 04, function:00

Press F1 to resume F2 for bios.

I am unsure what to do, I set bios to boot from cd and tried restore disc but it still wont start at all.

Whats on the pci slot?
Can you boot into safe mode? If so then go into the device manager and see what the error is.

Find out what is using this slot. This will give you a better idea of what is happening. Could be corrupt hardware.
