HELP NEEDED PLEASE

just got off the phone with a friend who has a old workshop program that isnt allowed to be mentioned, The old 3.18 version with the date fix, now he has aquired version 3.24 and loaded it up only to be told by a screen message that the date had been rewound and nothing worked. He then proceded to delete the content's of the AB*D2 program folder on the c/ drive and try to reinstall 3.24, but it wont have any of it, he said that there is an error box popping up on screen avery 2 seconds, I havnt got a clue and i wont be able to see for myself for at least a couple of days, the version he has 3.24 works fine as it is on my laptop in the workshop and pc at home. is the a proper way to remove the older version from his pc . ps~: i think its on xp but not sure

try using revo uninstaller to remove it.

try using revo uninstaller to remove it.

is this it VS.Revo.Group.Revo.Uninstaller.Pro.v2.4.3. and will it remove it so fresh install can be done as the said program does not come up in add / remove programs

hi m8, awnser to that is yes it will remove the program alltogether so all that needs to be done is install the program again, job sorted..chris..
