    Help needed for buying a tablet

    Hi there im looking for help and advice and possibly some reccomendations in buying a tablet for my niece. I want it as a christmas present but im not paying 350 for an ipad. The tablet must be able to play the bbc iplayer and videos that i will download to it via pc. Also as she likes apps it must be able to access the andriod market. My budget is 200 pounds and i have never bought a tablet or even had a shot of one. Thank you.
