Help needed with jailbroken iphone

Hi -after reading drawflex's very useful "What next" thread, I downloaded and installed Safari download manager on my 3gs running ios 5.0.1.
Sadly, now Safari won't run at all.
How do I rescue the situation - can I uninstall the download manager? Reinstall Safari?
Help much appreciated...
