    firmware error E5832

    please some one help me
    i just updated the firmware E5832

    by netvigator

    E583XUpdate_716.11.17.07.108SP02
    after update i cannot connect Modem via USB

    error unknown device

    even wireless also not appear


    when i turn of the modem . the (M) light keep flashing


    plzz any suggestions ?

      Try this:

      Disconnect the USB port, remove the battery and put it back without pressing any buttons.

      Then press the connect button and keep it pressed then press the power button and keep it pressed too.

      With the two buttons pressed, count from 0 to 5. When at 5, release both buttons and immediately after, hit the connect button once.

      Then connect the USB port to your computer.

      Now look for the correct flash file here:

      DC Files - Huawei

      Ensure you get the correct firmware i.e. E5832s or E5832 etc.

      And don't spam the forum as it seriously p1sses people off!!

              If you look in this area of the forum, there is a thread dedicated to unlocking the E583x range of devices!

                      Longcheer can only be done at: Unlock phone, modem or data card with DC-unlocker software but not for free!!
