Hi. Thats my k850 packed in again. Had 3 replacments in last 12 months. This defo sonys worst phone. Great when it works! . Now waiting on 02 gettin back to me. Has anyone else had problems with this model?

I have a friend in work that has the same fone and his has packed in 2

He is on a contract this is his second fone...

Am on a contract am still on the same fone... mine is a samsung G600.

jesus this fone still about, mine was plagued with problems, in end irange changed it for me to a N82

i work for o2 & the amount of these phones weve had back is unbelievable many being repaired several times, and they discontinued it due to the amount of faults. now same is happening with sony c905 would say 85% of returns are ericsson would stay well clear meself. ps after 3 returns/repairs you are entitled to a 3rd replacement alternative handset with o2 if i was you id go for another make and model!!

my sony ericsson c905 has been back twice. got it in nov 08. back in dec then in jan. i was refused a new one from o2. said it had to be 3 faulty handsets within 3 months. yeah yeah whats the chance of that!!

it was an 18 month contract so im bloody stuck with it

ask to speak with returns or repairs, c/s dont have a clue, you a online customer? not sure if offline/shop offer this but should have thought so, 3 returns/repairs in the whole life of your contract and you entitled to 3rd replacement. p.s would be a refurb handset tho, but as soon as someone opens the box and returns it, its classed as refurb so could get brand new handset really!

The sony ericsoons all have a problem like this from about the 700-850 and 800 and 810.
Did it just eventually go dead?

i got fed up sending them back to o2 and learned to fix myself.
buy a cruiser cable,, learn how to flash the ericosons and you could probably have it running again in half an hour with relfashing it.

bit like a cable box really, just a little more complex.
