      You could try a IMEI to unlock code service, not free of course!!

          i know it aint free, is it best to take it to a shop? or can i do it hear?

              The new Motorola's are not easy to unlock even with the correct tools! Suggest a professional or use a code as you'll keep your warranty that way!
