No free codes for this phone! You'll have to either get it from your operator or use a IMEI to unlock code service...

Just to add a little more info to your problem.

This is an SL3 handset. Very expensive to unlock. Currently ?33 via post & about ?35-?40 if the chosen shop is using Universal Box with SL3 credits.

I'd be looking more down contacting your network. '3' only charged me ?15 for my code.

The N72 is an SL2 phone, this is easy to unlock.

As stated before the 6700 is SL3 & cannot be unlocked via IMEI. The only options are by the network, sending to fone fun shop or trying a shop. But it's very expensive.

SL3 unlock via server ?25
Standard USB cable & PC running XP or 7 is required. No special boxes or previous experiance needed.

It will normally take between 30mins - 2 hours.

You find phones that don't need unlocking in the independent retailers.

Except the Ishites, they lock to the first network SIM inserted into them.

Next time ask for the phone to be 'SIM free'. But you won't get one by calling or visiting the network shops.
