Epad , android tablet problem ?? with touch screen ..

hi

just bought an epad , got it out the box and worked ok for 10 mins , had a quick play then the touch screen is having issues , you touch one part of the screen ,and it goes somewhere different , i have tried to calibrate it but still the same , i have pressed the reset button but doesnt seem to reset anything ?? is there a certain thing to do to reset ??

any help would be great ...

I know nothing about problems with tablets, & very little about Android.

But have you made sure that there's nothing else touching the screen when you're using it?

Even the slightest pressure in the wrong place can throw off a digitizer.

Try factory reset, or boot the **** completely.
