Repair a 3 month old Android?

I've got a T-Mobile Pulse Mini which is only displaying the White Screen of Death.

I've tried to reflash it myself but it's having none of it.

As it is only 3 months old, will I be able to hand it into any T-Mobile shop and get it repaired for free?

If you take it back to the shop it was purchased from they will have a record of the sale. All IMEI's are logged in & out no matter it it's contract or Pre-pay.

If they claim they can't do that, they are full of sh!t.

Don't tell them you flashed it. It will be covered by warranty as long as there's no sign of water damage.
Also don't get fobbed off with having to return it to the manufacturer, the shop has to deal with it.
