Lost Channel 5 from Freesat

Hi Guys,

Been using Freesat with the Channel 5 suite with no problem but now have lost all those channels, does anybody have any idea what my problem could be. Have had my current Sky Card for about 2 years now.

Try upgrading the software:- press backup button on box and switch off (while holding the backup button) switch back on, when all lights on front of the box illuminate release backup button,

message on t v will say :- do not switch off updating software etc,

i have the new sky card but it is not my box card how will i unlock it for my box for fta ch
