freesat help

hi folk,

i have two boxes, tm5400 and a ip9600, i can scan the sat and receive lots of channels except the freesat ones.

both boxes show the channel in the listings but there is no picture or sound. (no signal or quality).

is there a simple explanation for this.. i.e twisting the lnb, or am i missing the point somewhere.


forgot to say i can receive other sats without any problems..

hi m8,are you sure your dish is pointing at astra2/[email protected]/28.5 east!!

as far as i know it is. what other packages are on this sat and i can verify when i get home?
