    bbc iplayer on the humax freesat hd box

    will the bbc iplayer work in Ireland, it wont seen to load for me

    Nope, needs a UK IP address. I don't think it's possible to enter a UK proxy address into the foxsat either.

      if you can run it through a uk proxy or buy access to a uk based vpn it will work

        iplayer

        hi i thought ip vpns were for computers i live in spain cant get iplayer with out hiding address but satellite if not connected to phoneline has no address hope iplayer will not be scrambled on freesat

          Iplayer on Freesat isn't delivered by satellite, it use an internet/Broadband (IPTV) connection.So if you live outside the UK you need to hide your location as mentioned above, either by using a proxy or vpn.
